Born in Hitachinaka City, Ibaraki in 1993. Began playing the bassoon at the age of 12. Studied under Koji Okazaki and Masaru Yoshida. Selected for the Bassoon Category in the 33rd Japan Wind and Percussion Competition and for the Woodwind Category in the 13th Tokyo Music Competition. Performed together with the New Japan Philharmonic at these competitions.
Concurrently served as principal bassoon player of the Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra and as a core member of the PANDA Wind Orchestra. Played guest performances as a principal player in orchestras across Japan that include the Saito Kinen Orchestra and the Mito Chamber Orchestra as well as in the likes of the Miyazaki International Music Festival. Has served as Adjunct Instructor at the Senzoku Gakuen College of Music since the 2020 academic year. Appears on “Recital Passio” on NHK-FM. Stars as the main personality on the “Rajioke.” radio program on Rainbow Town FM every Wednesday night from 10:30.
