Graduated from the Department of Music and subsequently from the master’s program at Tokyo University of the Arts. Placed the highest at the 12th International Oboe Competition of Japan. Has studied the oboe under Itsuko Sanada, Shoko Ikeda, Hitoshi Wakui, Yoshiaki Obata and Satoki Aoyama thus far. Served as principal player under contract with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and a member of the Chiba Symphony Orchestra after performing as a guest in orchestras across Japan and otherwise devoting herself to her studies. Proactively performs solo and as part of chamber music as well.
